We had the honor of working with Haworth Furniture. Our goal was to create an app for their seating division. The Grand Apps team created an easy to use mobile app that was published on iPhone and Android. United Allergy Services chose to hire Nativz after David Boone, the CEO, had contracted the Nativz team prior to working at UAS. UAS is one of the largest, if not the largest, immunotherapy companies in the Southern United States. As the vast majority of Nativz work comes from referrals, this was a perfect client for our team. Nativz has since developed the highest-ranking Allergy / Immunotherapy website in the industry for organic SEO without a single dollar of PPC Ad Spend. Our main focus for this project was creating an extremely powerful and intuitive UX flow that segmented audiences into their own funnels. The UAS Team wanted to hit three main demographics: Providers, Allergy Sufferers, and those looking for a potential Career with UAS. Our team created a funnel system that "locked" the user into their own funnel to drive conversions with a menu structure dedicated to servicing each demo. We also developed a powerful piece of software called the Allergy Center Finder. Utopian Hotel Collection (https://www.utopianhotels.com/home) is a platform enabling users to book their stays in luxury hotels grouped by the highest rankings of standards.Duration: April 2018 - August 2018Client's country: United Kingdom Technologies used: Javascript, Angular, C#, .NET The client reached out to us after the previous dev company failed to deliver in terms of quality and deadline, which makes it a legacy project. In particular, the client complained about the slowly working website and constant crashes, as well as layout full of bugs. At a glance, it may not sound like a very unique situation, but in the addition, the client decided to set up his own development team and needed a company that will refactor the whole application, repair it, implement outstanding features, and prepares it for the upcoming team who were meant to kick off from September 2018. Therefore, our job was to not only finish what the previous team failed to deliver, but also to prepare the application and its code in a way that will make it easy for the new team to start working with it. We started with a thorough analysis of the current technological situation and code audit, which discovered a lot of inconsistencies and errors in the code and overall architecture, which were causing constant crashes and were also slowing down the site. Following the audit results, we had to refactor the major part of the application, implement the outstanding features, prepare everything for the new team, and conduct a step-by-step handover.

After competitive research, they decided to focus on changing the way how photographers are delivering the results of their works and give them the tool which can differentiate them from others by simplifying the workflow of exchanging the files with end customers.

The Broad is a contemporary art museum founded by philanthropists Eli and Edythe Broad on Grand Avenue in downtown Los Angeles. Designed by Diller Scofidio + Renfro in collaboration with Gensler, the museum offers free general admission and presents an active program of rotating temporary exhibitions and innovative audience engagement. The Broad is home to more than 2,000 works of art in the Broad collection, which is one of the world's most prominent collections of postwar and contemporary art.Urban Insight and The Broad redesigned the visual and user experience to immediately engage visitors with The Broad's world-class collection of postwar and contemporary art. Recognizing that a significant proportion of The Broad's visitors first experience the museum on a mobile device, we optimized the experience for mobile users. A series of workflow tools enable The Broad team to update all aspects of the website to quickly publish news, events, and information about new exhibitions.

The client is BBG, a Chicago-based award-winning interactive agency with over a decade of experience in design, development, strategy, and hosting. 
Goal

Conformis develops and manufactures custom knee and hip joint replacements. They wanted an app that enabled surgeons to access pre-operative plans (iViews) for their upcoming hip or knee cases, as well as expose other surgeons to Conformis content. The Conformis team and The Gnar Company kicked off the work with a Design and Discovery project to define the user personas, user journey, and key app features. The discovery workshop was followed by designing the mobile app screens and creating a click-through demo consistent with the Conformis brand.  The Gnar Company built the Conformis iViewer with React Native and launched in the Apple App Store optimized for both phone and tablet. The app enables Conformis surgeons to review knee and hip iViews anywhere, access Conformis surgical technique videos, contact their local sales rep or Conformis customer service, and send invitations to colleagues to download the app. Non-Conformis surgeons can create an account to access sample iViews and other Conformis content, as well as contact their local sales rep to learn more.  The Gnar integrated the mobile app with Conformis's internal ordering platform for authentication and access to surgical iViews.

Brandster
Brandster is a Florida-based retail brand with multiple websites that sell outdoor furniture, grills, and accessories to B2B and B2C clients. To support their growth, we helped them redesign 8 unique sites using the Magento multi-site / multi-store feature. The main Magento 1.9 site was migrated to Magento 2 utilizing their multi-site capabilities.
The goal was a group of responsive sites with streamlined navigation, enhanced checkout options, rich product data, customized shipping and enhanced functionality for their internal sales team.
 
Implementation
Part of the Magento 2.0 migration involved implementing a few modern and powerful eCommerce features to make the Brandster experience more convenient.
The first was adding a return merchandise authorization module. It allows registered and guest uses to create new return and exchange requests - and then processes them automatically.
Next, a sales rep module was added to the site to track the orders by a sales rep. Along with this, we created advanced reports to better identify and compensate the high performing sales reps and provide admins with up-to-date data..
Finally, we customized the request a quote functionality to give users enhanced ability to request quotes by bundling multiple products on the website.
 
Next Phase
Migrating to Magento 2.0 gave Brandster the immediate boost they needed to remain competitive, and set the stage for continued growth.
That's why every feature and module in the new multi-site supports rapid expansion at scale. Currently, Brandster can offer a seamless multi-channel experience to their customers so they can grow the business across various marketplaces.
When they are ready, the website already has the infrastructure to convert to a true omnichannel experience. The future has no technological limits for Brandster!
