For nearly 20 years Totally Chocolate had processed orders through email and phone, but wanted to move to a more modern and fully touchless ordering experience without ever having to speak with an agent.To herald this new ordering experience the company launched a full rebrand, complete with automated website ordering system, new packaging, and flavor options. In order to drive buyer confidence they needed to communicate both the new improved look as well as the ease of the company’s new ordering system in real time. Video was key part of this strategy and 1205 was there to help with multimedia content development.1205 project and production managers began working hand-in-hand with the company’s consulting and product design agency partners to scope and plan a hundred and twenty second video that would shadow the brand’s new updated catalog. Our production team developed the shot list, schedule, prop sheet, and advised on other planning documentation such as the script. In addition, 1205 worked to source studio time, lighting equipment, and other personnel resources like models and food stylists.Our team – including production manager, videographers, and camera assistants – captured twelve plus hours of high definition and 4k footage. Shots included closeups and flybys of the company’s new packaging as well as various scenes that featured seasonal table scapes and previously built custom chocolates created for industry leading companies like Google, FedEx, Morgan Stanley and others.1205’s post production team cut and compiled raw footage to match the video’s planned storyboard – using elegant text overlays to communicate the updated value propositions. In addition to classic video editing, our team built custom motion graphic overlays that shaped the story by featuring mocked footage of the new online ordering process. To accomplish this, we used video editing footage like Premier and Adobe After Effects.

Fitness Mentors, with Digital Elevator’s help, is now one of the top personal trainer resources in the world. Our strategy was to keep it simple by creating easy to use navigations, strong calls-to-action, as well as detailed SEO strategies.
Fitness Mentors is an e-commerce website where people can purchase personal training courses to aid in certification. Most buyers who visit Fitness Mentor’s website are there to do one of two things: search for specific training material, or take the coursework they’ve purchased.

Space Coast Credit Union (SCCU) partnered with Wakefly to reorganize, redesign and rebuild their public-facing marketing website. The existing SCCU.com website was built on a very outdated version of Kentico and didn’t always follow Kentico development best practices. Thus, the day to day management of the website was extremely tedious and often required a developer to complete content update tasks.
The main objective of the website redesign was to create a platform that enabled the SCCU marketing team to provide the credit union’s membership with up to date content, ranging from rate information, decision making tools and the ability to troubleshoot common banking issues such as dealing with a lost or stolen credit card or finding a branch location in their area.
Wakefly designed and developed a new website that included a flexible General Content Template for SCCU to use for any content that doesn’t have a custom page template. This flexibility has allowed for content creators to build pages easily without the aide of developers.
As a result of this newly designed website, SCCU now has full control over all of the content on the website and has found Wakefly’s implementation to be simple, straightforward yet powerful, and provides them with the ability to update their content with ease. Content staging and workflow was also configured to streamline the content creation and publishing process.

Helping young people understand dementia through age-appropriate website content and a child-centric UX.ChallengeUnderstanding dementia as an adult is difficult but how do you go about explaining it tochildren? Alzheimer’s Research UK recognised that it needed to improve young people’s understanding of Alzheimer’s. Not only because children are essentially the future of research, but also because they’re the ones whose questions were being largely unanswered. With its sole aim of completely eradicating dementia, Alzheimer’s Research UK could see a multi-faceted, generation-spanning approach was needed.ApproachAlzheimer’s Research UK had already conducted research to address the shortfall in engaging people in the subject of dementia at an earlier age. So, together with its findings, we brought the digital expertise to develop a new website which would answer young people’s questions and help them manage their feelings about the impact of the disease. Our discovery workshops revealed there were three distinct age groups to whom Alzheimer’s Research UK needed to provide age appropriate interactive content: under 8s, 8-12 years and young teens. Our resulting ‘Explore the Brain’ concept featured stories, games, a virtual tour of the brain, science career portal and a memory board.OutcomeThis project was always about the outcomes for the end-user – helping young people understand dementia on their own terms by accessing age appropriate resources. We were delighted to hear that the Dementia Explained website was recognized at the BMA Patient Information Awards 2017.

As usual, when taking on a new client who has an existing Magento 2 installation, we carried out a number of site audits for Tom Dixon to fully understand what has been delivered, where there are potential issues and set a baseline of code and site quality that has been delivered to date. Each of these audits provided a raft of work to be prioritised and delivered for Tom Dixon over the coming weeks and months.The out-of-the-box search for Magento 2 wasn’t performing well for Tom Dixon. The search result rendering was slow, the ordering of results wasn’t best for their products and the search was lacking the “wow” already visible on parts of the rest of the site. Also, the mobile interface was inconsistent in places and difficult to use leading to high drop-off/bounce rate on mobile devices and very low conversion.  Tom Dixon have a wide-reaching global following and it’s made business sense to deliver a localised website to various countries. This has started with a transactional Hong Kong site with more to follow. Working closely with translation agencies, payment providers, shipping and more.There is a lot of work to deliver. And in record time. We can’t say more, but just keep checking in on the website every few months and watch it evolve.

By sharing these educational and informative blogs on social media, we created an inbound marketing strategy to support lead generation.













Videos



The video campaign involved bringing clients and the team into the studio for testimonials that we shared on YouTube, their website, and social media. We also worked with the team at Meets The Eye to upload reels from work shot in the studio to provide examples of how the space was utilized.
Our favorite video was creating a 360-view experience for their Google My Business and Google Maps listing. It was also used on their website to give users the ability to “walk through” the studio while browsing on desktop, mobile or tablet. This helped solve their booking problem by offering potential clients a way to “walk” the studio without needing to visit.

As with any great inbound marketing strategy, we used the blogs, videos, and images we developed as content for social media. Established in London in 2010, Opilio Recruitment are the go-to digital recruitment agency for global brands, tech start-ups and everything in between. They have some incredible connections within the industry, with clients including Disney, Universal Music and the BBC.We were commissioned to create a new digital recruitment and testimonial brochures that reflected the work we have done on the refreshed brand. These brochures will be sent out to both new and existing clients as support literature with upcoming roles.
We also created a new set of brochures to support the executive recruitment packs that are sent out to Opilio clients and candidates. The Executive Search brochure was designed to target prospective clients who are looking to recruit an executive-level position, and the Competency Based Interviews brochure acted as a pre-interview guide for executive-level candidates. 
We also rolled out a wide range of collateral both online and offline including letterheads, business cards, CV and PowerPoint templates, email campaigns and social media templates. We are also supporting them in writing content for blogs, corporate literature, social media and the new website.
Overall, this has been a great project to work on which has evolved into an ongoing client relationship. We are currently working on a design and marketing retainer service which will feature predominantly on their social media channels including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram.

While Facebook Ads had worked to spread awareness about the program, Quitxt needed a warmer approach, something more human, but still at a lower cost-per-enrollment than Facebook. So we sent real people across San Antonio to engage smokers outside of bars, and we got a little more than likes.
